My name is Christophe Bozzano, and I would like to welcome you to Piknik. I chose the name Piknik because when I think of a piknik, it brings to mind good food, a time to take a break, relax for a moment, and spend time with family and friends. We could all use a little Piknik time in our lives.
I have been working in the kitchen as long as I can remember. I started my apprenticeship in France at the age of thirteen and my passion for cooking has continued to grow throughout my life. I had a restaurant listed in the Michelin guide in France, and I have worked for decades as a private chef. Food holds a place in people’s lives few other things do. I remember my grandma and mom cooking together and the whole family gathered around the table. The smells that filled the house would make my mouth water, and with all the food I have been exposed to over my life as a chef, nothing has ever tasted so good. Food holds memories and feelings and reminds us of special people and times in our life.
Piknik was born out of a desire to bring you not only good food, but a good feeling. It is food made by foodies for foodies, with an emphasis on quality and taste. Savor the flavors of life and remember, why just eat when you can Piknik.
